How I Spent My Tuesday Afternoon
or
One Man's Journey
From Anal Retention
To Toxic Prevention

I showed up at 3
But was this for me?

I did have a colon
that was rather swollen

So I went down the hall
Hardly breathing at all

And entered the lab
Where I layed on a slab

Now staring with fear
At the poop removal gear

A hose up my butt
Seeks the crap in my gut

Now sweating profusely
The poop moves more loosely

And I feel the elation
Of evacuation

I'm in fecal Nirvana
Go straight to the sauna

Cause I lead the whole nation
in spa defacation
